Information on rights of withdrawal
for the online store “Venus and Moon”

1. right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
• In the case of a contract for several goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

By means of a clear statement (e.g. letter, e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You can use our sample withdrawal form but this is not mandatory.

You can also electronically complete and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear declaration on the website www.venusandmoon.eu/widerrufsformular.
If you make use of this option, OSED will confirm this to you without delay.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

2. consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, OSED shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by OSED), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which OSED is informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this repayment, OSED will use the same method of payment that was chosen for the original transaction.

OSED may refuse repayment until the goods have been returned or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to OSED immediately and in any case within 14 days at the latest from the day on which you inform OSED of the revocation.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
